Returns and Refunds

All items are one of a kind. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds, exchange or cancellations.
Return and refund only applicable if items delivered is different from the order, we shall provide full refund (of the goods actually ordered). Contact us with your order number, and photography of your items within [2] two days upon receiving the items for verification purpose.
We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed.
To be eligible for the return and refund, item must be unworn, unaltered and in original packaging intact.
You have [20] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Your item must have proof of purchase.
We will inspect your item once we receive it and will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting them
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
